A move where Silvia is pursued by a Clown????

I want to know the title of a movie where Silvia is in Amusement park, and I think that a clown pursue her, or somebody, but at the end she arrive to a caravan where she meet a clown, and she start to ..... with him.

I watched that escene a few years ago, and I want to see the complete movie.

  Wich is the title of the movie?confused
