These lovely words, written last year, are so fitting as a tribute and memorial of wonderful Lea. In just over a fortnight's time, it will have been 2 years since Lea left us - to suffer no more.

To the eternal and loving memory of Lea (Andrea)...

This very nice message was written in the Condolence Book on Chris's Site by Kohei  -http://www.konstanzerfasnacht.de/pm_LDM/

"I remember her until the my end of time.
I am just a fan of her, but I have liked her and In the future.
I like her gentle face, eyes, more more..
I think she is angel. Angel live forever and Peacefully. I hope so..
Angel make people happy, you know she make people happy.

REST IN PEACE ANGEL I hope
"

Kohei's message came from Kyoto, Japan - where the famous Kamakura Buddha statue is!

The Great Buddha of Kamakura is a bronze statue of Amida Buddha that is located on the grounds of the Kotokuin Temple. With a height of 13.35 meters, it is the second largest Buddha statue in Japan (the largest is located in the Todaiji Temple in Nara).

The statue was cast in 1252 and originally located inside a large temple hall. However, the temple buildings were washed away by a tsunami tidal wave in the end of the 15th century, and since then the Buddha stands in the open air.

Softly As I Leave You.Xat.pg.jpg

It was two years ago today that Lea De Mae left this world.

I have written a little tribute on Lea's Site created by Chris Danneffel, Lea's loyal photographer friend from Germany who moved to Prague to try to help save Lea's life with ceaseless efforts to get the best treatment for Lea in sometimes frustration conditions in Lea's home country with a view to airlifting her to a specialist clinic in Munich or elsewhere for more effective treatment.

In the event, Lea was released from her suffering and left us on 9th December 2004. However, Lea's glorious memory remains as strong as ever, if not stronger since her loss to us all.

My own tribute is to be found at:  http://www.konstanzerfasnacht.de/pm_LDM/   (In Memorium)  - I hope you will add a few words on there too.

Softly As I Leave You.....

For you, Lea.  Watch over us, please.

DaveM (Mexico)  8 December 2006

Your beauty will live forever in my heart and in the hearts of all who knew you. You are one of the angels that give comfort to lonely people and to those who dream of loving somebody like you. God bless you for letting us love you and for delighting us with your beauty. I wish your family peace and solace for having lost an exceptional person in every sense.

From Mexico with love.

Lemon  9 December 2006

2 years have gone so fast, and still I can't believe it... I'd love someone to come up telling it was only a bad taste joke, that Andrea is alive and laughing of it all on some tropical island, but nobody does.

I don't know if there is a heaven, don't know if there is a hell, and I'm too much a simple man to know where are you now. I never condemned you for your choices, and even if people did I'm sure that, if there is someone up there, he didn't condemn you as well.

Fly again Angel, now you're free forever.

Even now two years since Her passing, not a week goes by without me thinking of Andrea.

Her memory lives on in my heart forever.

I will always remember you.

Neil.

Donatino (China) 18 December 2006

Two years are not such a long time in world history, however it left us something to think. When we look back on what Lea De Mae has given to us everytime, we could deeply learn the importance of our common life from her life and experience. Time could change everything, but love. Her voice, her smile, her beauty, her elegance, her loveliness, her legend...her everything in everything, we will never forget.

I know that Lea's spirit is watching us from the Heaven. She is smiling, with all these beautiful flowers around her, and Angels sing for her, dance for her, pray for her.

May all the happiness and peace be with her.

The photos shown with the music are of Ava Gardner, the love of his life (but they used to argue sometimes when he was doing well!).

Here is Fred Astaire singing "All Of You" in the movie "Silk Stockings" (MGM 1957) to the elegant dark-haired Cyd Charisse in the movie "Silk Stockings" (1957) - his tallest co-star dancing partner (who is the playing the part of a Communist Russian official).

This film was in turn a musical re-make of an MGM 1939 movie starring Swedish star Greta Garbo and Melvyn Douglas called "Ninotchka" (the first time that Greta Garbo - playing the part of a disapproving Russian official - didn't have to play a dramatic or tragic role). In fact, the movie posters proclaimed "Garbo Laughs!" (this happened when Douglas fell off his chair in a restaurant in America!).

The song was written by the sophisticated Cole Porter

The censors were said to be suspicious of Mr Porter's lyrics believing them to have a double meaning!

Cole Porter also composed the haunting song "What Is This Thing Called Love?", "Night And Day" "I've Got You Under My Skin" "I Get A Kick Out Of You" "You'd Be So Nice To Come Home To" and others. "Love For Sale"  - old love, new love, every love but true love - was a hit in 1930, but later on, the song was deemed too sensual and banned from Radio for decades. Frank Sinatra recorded many of the fine Cole Porter songs although it is said that Mr Porter was irritated by Frank's occasional messing about with his lyrics!

Pornstar Lea De Mae

A smooth-skinned blue-eyed blonde with an all-natural body that just won't quit, Porn Star Lea De Mae is one of the nicest European imports of the past few years. Lea De Mae a no-nonsense performer whose down and dirty approach to her work has made her one of the most sought-after strumpets on the scene. When you combine gorgeous looks and a nasty streak a mile wide, you just know you've got the makings of a porn princess of the first order.

Lea first showed up on American screens in a series of filthy features for Private. As you might expect, her scenes were full of the no-holes-barred brazenness that made Private so successful. The best of this early batch would have to be Lea passionate performance in 'Private XXX #08,' where she shows up in some breathtaking fishnet stockings before diving into a delirious DP with a pair of well-equipped Euro-studs.

Lea De Mae soon made her way over to the States to shoot some scenes. Once in sunny Southern California, Lea launched herself into a series of wildly erotic features. Lea De Mae turned in a head-spinning tryst in 'North Pole #16,' taking on Peter North himself in a lengthy liaison that built to a shattering back door finale. Lea seemed to love it when things were at their wildest, as in the opener from 'Naughty Little Nymphos #04.' She takes on a pair of guys in animal costumes in a surprisingly erotic DP romp.

Lea ended up flying back to Europe after her vivacious vacation in the States. Lea De Mae continues to shoot scintillating scenes in her native land, though, and it is only a matter of time until she saves up the cash for a return trip. With over twenty tantalizing features under her belt already, Lea well on her way to becoming one of the most popular Continental cuties ever.

     WE NEVER FORGET YOU..............

The Pleasure of her CompanyXat.jpg

Dear Friends,

I was delighted to receive two messages on the Web on the "Snowman" Forum from a fellow countryman of the late Lea De Mae after he saw my "Golden Gate" poster.

"explorateur" wrote at http://www.raincoatreviews.com/forums/ and he explained all about "The Top of the Mark" being a quite famous restaurant on the top of a hotel with views of the San Francisco bay waters, etc.

"explorateur" also mentioned that he had not previously known Lea had passed away and he was glad that we are keeping her memory alive

This is part of one of the interesting messages,...

"Top of the Mark is a Lounge in Mark Hopkins hotel overlooking pretty much the whole Bay of San Francisco, yes you can see the Golden Gate bridge, as well as everything else. but mainly Bay Bridge, Treasure Island, Alcatraz, Downtown. I was there few years back, I live about 3 hours from SF but you just have to stay there at least once. At about $400/a night it sure makes you feel special. And yes as I said I'm Czech, came here about 7 years ago, and live in California. I like the weather better here"
