There is a scene where Silvia is in some sort of hospital room looking out a glass window when some german dude comes in and bangs her. He's wearing some shorts like he is a boxer with a blue tank-top and she is wearing a pink cotton nightie. I'm guessing it's at least early/mid 90's and what I've seen it is in german.
