Lea's friends came up with the idea of a sculpture as a monument for Lea De Mae.

Since Lea not only was a first class pornstar, but also Czech High Diver and since she was a woman with exceptional capacities, but still unbelievable modest and good hearted.

If you like this idea please read Lucie's letter to Lea's friends and fans.

Lucie is Lea De Mae's sister.

Dear Adam,

Thank you for this information.  Oldrich Widman has not published, to my knowledge, the results of the worldwide appeal for cash for Lea De Mae made on the Web. He stated to me that he would do so. The last communication I received from Prague was critical of my writing on the Web about Lea, as she was gone and there are other stars to promote now and so on. I did not follow this suggestion.

Czech Silvia Saint "clone" Jana Cova objected when I posted up two photos of Lea in messages on her Site, which I only joined to support her as she was hired by Silvia Saint's team on photoshoots. Jana Cova's complaint to me is actually now immortalised on the Web!

I do not imagine the funds raised were all used up for the medical expense anticipated (owing to the unsatisfactory diagnosis and treatment and failure to stabilise Lea so that she could be transferred to Munich) and I expect that a fairly large amount raised is still in hand. Mikey for instance sent $2,500 alone and was going to send more but then Lea passed away.

I am happy for the $1,000 dollars (amongst other gifts) sent by myself  and a few friends to be put to the use suggested as above.

I hope that the party who owed money to Lea in her own country (as Chris informed me) and others within the adult industry who did not contribute last time and who could well afford to, will assist with the new efforts this time. I notice that "Private" is proudly celebrating their 40th Anniversary, supported by Silvia Saint herself  - yet, as far as I know, they did not lift a finger to help Lea when she was dying!  Ask Alexander in Russia about this!

NB. On a French Site, Monica Sweetheart and Chris expressed their disgust at the conduct of "Private"  - who dismally failed to make the moral gesture to assist Lea in her hour of need. In my books, a stain on their character forever.

Perhaps, "Private" wish to redeem themselves?  Let's see  - they are multi-millionaires thanks to the Czech stars such as Lea De Mae (see "Triple X - 54" magazine).

Regards,
Victor in London.  5/5/05.

Hello Victor,

I know how many you and your friends have done for Andrea to save her life. Andrea had happiness that she met so many friendly men on whole world who supported her spiritually and materially in difficult moments of  her short life.

I know that she met also nasty  men  who let her  down.  I understood your letter as appeal to them all that they had now a chance to rehabilitate funding Andreas sculpture. It look like they did not listen your appeal . It is sad but it does not surprise me any more.

In draught two months only four persons donated to Andreas sculpture.

Six months ago in LEA'S FORUM when somebody came up with the idea of a sculpture as a monument for Lea De Mae many people on the forum supported this idea and  assured Lucie that she always can calculate on their support.

I am afraid that now just after six months not so many people remember it anymore and Andrea's ashes still are not buried. It is very sad and it surprise me very much.

Best Regards

Adam

Dear Friends,

I just received an e-mail from Adam in Poland. I was very touched by his words and to know that he had actually spoken to Lea De Mae in
an internet chatroom in May 2004 (please see below).

Note to Adam.  Thank you very much for writing and maybe you would like to forward my suggestions to Chris and/or Lucie. I have not troubled Chris after his ordeal and I do not know Lucie other than I duly sent her $1,000 for Lea's medical appeal made by Lea's
manager, Oldrich Widman and Lucie last Autumn as well as gifts sent by post and by hand via Mr Widman (when he was in London last year on business).

I am deeply upset by the seemingly heartless attitude of her Studio (Private) towards Lea in her hour of need. I am also distressed to hear that a considerable amount of Lea's money is allegedly owing to her estate by someone in the family.

As for the statue carving, I would have much preferred to have a bust of head and shoulders made of the beautiful picture that Chris took in Prague in September 2003.  I would have thought that this would be less costly than the one planned.

This is just my opinion but the final choice lies elsewhere. As long as I can, I shall continue to try to keep the memory of lovely Lea De Mae alive - like other fans have done for Marliyn Monroe, Buddy Holly, Bruce Lee and Elvis Presley amongst others.

Thank you so much Adam. I am very pleased you got to speak personally with Lea, - an honour and pleasure I did not have, alas, - but Silvia Saint did kindly write to me to say that Lea sent her best wishes (as Silvia had told her that we were trying to help her), so Lea did at least know about our efforts here in London, where she was very popular.

In thoughts of Lea.

Victor. 13th June 2005.

This is the main part of Adam's message below that he kindly sent me a short while ago:

All information that I put in my posts come form Chrise's web-pages. I don't know Lucie and Chris and I have no other sources of information. You are certainty better-informed than me.

The only person that I knew a little only was Andrea. I got to know her on internet video-chat in May 2004. Her nick on chat was Andreika. She was very beautiful and very intelligent girl. I spent many hours on chat with her. At that time, I needed to talk with someone and Andrea was a very warm-hearted person. At the beginning I didn't know who she was. She told me later that she used to be a famous porn star Lea de Mae. She disappeared from video-chat at the end of May.

Just before New Year, I found Chris's webpage and read what happened to her. It was the worst New Year in my life. I too today have the remorse that I did not make anything to help her but I didn't know. I know it is now too late but I would like to do something. It is because (of this), I created this topic on your forum and wrote these posts.

Best Regards
Adam

Dear Adam,

I am sure that Lea's fans would be glad to hear anything you can share with us about the chats with Lea that you used to have. I was wondering what language you spoke in to each other? Maybe you can let us know. I doubt if there are many people on here who have spoken to Lea  - how nice to learn about this. It was a very pleasant surprise.

As we can imagine, Lea was indeed a very warm-hearted person and with her beautiful blue eyes, she was so adorable. It is said that "the eyes are the light of the soul". I do not know of any other star who was so universally admired. Just see the postings that were made after we lost her from all around the world, from young and old, men and women.

The wording of the hitherto "unknown" site of Lea's that I recently came across again displays Lea's kindly and modest nature  - anxious to please the visitors to her site.

Lea was absolutely irreplaceable. Lea was one of the most beautiful models ever - whether in make-up or not  - she was a true natural beauty and will always stay in our hearts and minds.

Regards,
Victor. 13th June 2005

Dear Adam,

I have been hoping to hear from you.

Meantime, I have received several charming messages by e-mail from Monica Sweetheart with news from the Czech Republic and also Monica kindly gave me permission to also use the lovely photos she lent to Chris for www.LeaDeMae.com and I made some special framed versions of them for the CSS Forum and for other Lea topics on several other good sites where Lea has many admirers.  I also wrote to Monica about the memorial sculpture.

I see there is a tribute to Lea at the Barcelona Show going on now, but I have no info about it, other than Silvia Saint is supporting it.

Best wishes, Vic. 8th Oct 2005.
