kkenppe, i tested both .rar archives i even downloaded them from the file hosts (just to make sure they haven't messed with them) and everything works fine with me.
I suggest the following:
Copy paste SSarchives which is the key just to make sure you don't make a mistake (it can happen if you have caps locked or different language on keyboard)
Use winrar to unzip the files, it's free and is what i use also.
If nothing works try redownloading, maybe something went wrong the first time.

If somebody else has similar problems please let me know.
