Slightly complicated to download and extract, but worth it if you have the patience. 

Uses Linksave and DLC container to hide the Netload links, so needs JDownloader (http://jdownloader.com/) to download.

I used 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) to unpack from the 11 part RAR archive (no password required), which created a total of 85 RAR archive sections:

evilangel-slj.rar
evilangel-slj.r00
evilangel-slj.r01
...
evilangel-slj.r84

I then selected evilangel-slj.rar and unpacked using 7-Zip again (no password), which created a single file, evilangel-slj.img.  

This is actually an ISO image, so you should be able to mount this as a standard DVD image or burn it directly to DVD and play it from your DVD player.  N.B. You may have to rename the .img file to "evilangel-slj.iso" for your DVD image burning software to recognise it.

The above should work with any RAR archive tool (e.g. WinRAR).
