I don't read Russian, so I downloaded a Russian virtual keyboard to access the letters we don't have in our alphabet.Then i used the virtual translator English-Russian and put the word Putin, and it gave me that word; And i found this word in the article(1rst picture). Here is the translation of that Russian word :To Putin. If anyone here understands Russian, can he confirm or deny this information?
