Although your link has nothing to do with Silvia Saint, I can tell you that YouTube doesn't provide download capability itself, so you need some sort of download manager that understands YouTube.

This handles YouTube fine for me. Just copy the URL and JDownloader LinkGrabber will give you everything it can find to download.

I believe they use high quality de-interlacing (e.g. QTGMC) combined with upscaling interpolation using neural network algorithms (e.g. NNEDI3) to predict the missing pixels. The upscaling is similar to how a TV would upscale SD to HD or HD to 4K, but a lot more processing power is involved to get accurate predictions of the interpolated pixels.
Some of the results are quite impressive and well worth the effort to download even with the larger file sizes.
If SSFANATIC is still willing to upload the Hotdorix clip in 1280p (or is that 1080p), I'm sure we would all appreciate it.
