We have no pictures set for this movie (Multiangle Sex) except perhaps some scans from HotVideo Magazine (set 652). Here are some high res vidcaps :

Sam,

I'm guessing Adam got these from Vintage Erotica Forum here: http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/t4140-p112-silvia-saint-sylvia-saint-cze.html

Thanks Spike.

You gave the good answer. I'm looking for upgraded videos and VEF has some interesting upgrades.

The question is where these enhanced videos come from, and is the quality really improved ?

I'm not sure my vidcaps are useful but in 1280px wide, images seems to have a quality I never found before in vidcaps creation

I expect these screenshots come from AI updates using either Topaz AI Enhancer or DVDFab AI enhancer.

I'm currently trying out the DVDFab version. My first attempt is currently about 20 hours into an estimated 48 hour run time to upgrade a 30 min DVD quality video (Sylvia Does It Again, Sc 3).

Processing rate is about 3 seconds per frame, even using my GTX 1050ti GPU to do the number crunching, so it's definitely a non-trivial job!

Sadly, that won't be happening.

After 48 hours of thrashing my GPU at 83 centigrade , the result of my trial with DVDFab AI Enhancer on default settings was shockingly poor.   Very blocky in high motion scenes, and loads of grainy artifacts. Much worse than a simple upscale with FFMPEG.

Using my remaining 4 free movies in the trial, I fiddled around a bit with some of the settings using shorter clips, and I got rid of the blockiness.  However, the grainy artifacts around edges were still pretty bad - a similar effect to how text doesn't render well in JPEG images.

Long story short, I won't be forking out $119 for the non-trial version.

I guess the Topaz AI Enhancer performs better, but at $200 plus $99 annual upgrade subscription it's unaffordable to me.

Maybe in a couple of years the technology will improve and/or the price will be more affordable...

Thanks for the information, I think the processing time on my PC would have been a lot longer to find it disappointing!

I'll just enjoy what gets uploaded by those that can.

Thanks again for saving me a lot of time.

Regards

Lew

Some information about enhanced AI videos:
i7 7700k
GTX 1080ti
16 GB ram

640x480 to 1440x1080 an average of 20 minutes of video takes more than 2 hours. It takes more than 1 day to get a 720p video to 4K.

Your source video should be high quality otherwise it doesn't give good results. Meanwhile it only works with NVIDIA GPU, no AMD support. There is a CPU render but very very slow.

Thanks for the info, Sam. My setup is a bit weedier than yours: i7-4795T, 1050ti, 16GB. Hence the two days for DVD to 1080p in my case. And yes, garbage in, garbage out is true. But the quality of the output in my case was tons worse than the input.

Are you using DVDFab, Topaz or something else? Also is it a trial version, or do you have a fully paid version?

Sorry, I forgot to say that this information was given to me by a person who improves the video. I don't know which software he's using. He didn't say.
I was surprised that 1080ti can enhance 20min video in 2 hours.

I think there should be specialized forums where this information is discussed

Agree

The people that can crunch numbers with nurdle bolts n hinses should have a forum.

I would like to see the results, not the machinations.

Lew
