The scenes are from Razza Padrona, which is an Italian production. Unfortunately, I believe Italy imposed laws requiring movies to have Italian soundtracks, which means this was never released with the original soundtrack.
The same applies to movies produced in France and Spain being forced to have their own language soundtracks.
But I've never understood why the couldn't have just overdubbed the dialogue and left the rest of the soundtrack natural.
