Yes, these are not such a triumph as 242/243. The AI can create some unrecognisable monstrosities if the source image is too low quality.
At least with the low-res versions your brain can interpret the imperfections using your expectations of Silvia's features, but when the AI enlarges them badly, your brain can't "unsee" the imperfections.
The problem is that we start from a low resolution version and by increasing so much, definition is lost and very different imperfections are appreciated.
