It is from the movie Skin Deep (aka The Escort): scene 5 (not Silvia) and scene 6 (Silvia with Mickey G).

It's from "Nass Wer Hier Lickt, der Ertinkt" or perhaps another previous unknown movie, as this looks like the longer version.

I have a 23½ minute approx. version with Silvia solo in semi slo-mo at the start, is that the short or long version? I'm confused but you know that is usual!!

Yours is the longer version.

The shorter version is 18:42, opens with the title "NASS, wer hier leckt, trinkt!" in red lettering, and misses the first 5 minutes of the longer version (the nicest bit with Silvia's solo). It's also 640x480 resolution and 1048 KB/s bitrate.

The longer version is 23:49, 720x540 resolution and 1377 KB/s. I believe this is most likely the full-length version from the original "NASS, wer hier leckt, trinkt!". This probably means the shorter version has been edited for a compilation video, which might also explain the title in the short version to identify the original source.

For reference I've attached thumbnails for the two versions:

The short movie cuts in just about the same point as the thumbnail for 05:09 in the long movie.
