Yes, Photoshop has made a mess of the glasses.
Topaz is a lot better with the glasses, just trying a quick test using its standard model:
I admit it's a little bit cartoon-like, but I could probably improve that with a bit of trial and error and a bloom filter like I used on Set366.
P.S. Silvia looks great with glasses!
