Videos from this site can not be published. But I think it's possible to post 15 seconds example. No sound.

It's very hard for the GPU.

I don't have the full version, just a 15 second video. I did it for testing. It takes a lot of time to make a full video and you need a good video card.

In the previous video I decreased the bitrate. Here I did not change the bitrate after upscaling.
