I hope that the adt members know about Silvia's and Chris's Sites too for latest news and info from Chris and Silvia that we are getting.

Perhaps "The Colonel" in the UK and "Bala Bala" in Canada who used to be regular members of the adt site (and probably still are?) will let them know, likewise Axel Braun and Steve Holmes, also Tricia Devereaux, if they have not already done so.

Thank you very much again for the update and news from American fans of Lea De Mae. I have checked the adultdvdtalk.com site (where there was a large topic in appreciation of Daniella Rush last year with many thousands of viewings, as I recall).

I have read all of the postings and I have written to Darrin who kindly made the effort to help Lea and set up a special way for USA fans to channel cash to Lea via his good offices. My letter to Darrin is as under (excluding photos),...

I also know about this illness with the harrowing experience of the loss of my mother and favourite auntie and likewise, my mother lost this sister and her own mother before that in stressful times.

Earlier tonight, I received a telephone message of support for Lea from Rita Faltoyano's & Katsumi's famous Belgian Producer "Dennis Black Magic". Dennis will be producing for "Hustler" in the future too and opening a new office in London. We are asking Hustler to help Lea.

Surprisingly, "Private" have not yet answered our call for help - despite the glowing article they published in "Triple X - 54" last year at around the time the Double DVD Set came out. Extracts from the article are as below, (a few cruder comments by the author of the article have been removed as Lea's younger sister, Lucie, is probably viewing the messages of support) plus my appeal 3 days ago to Berth Milton, the founder of Private in Sweden in 1965 and a further 2nd letter the following day.

Friends contributed to our fund raising and I posted $1,000 by registered letterpost to Lea about which arrived safely at her sister's address about a week ago. Lea is in Hospital but has been able to leave for a few days here and there and now stays with her sister. Lea is in some difficulty with movement and pain and does not use her phone except for SMS. The lovely Czech star Monica Sweetheart, Lea's best friend, looks after her too. Silvia Saint and Daniella Rush (who suffered a bad car accident - see postings on ADT under "Gabriel Nine") also visited with Oldrich Widman. It is vital that extra treatment be sourced and that enough funds are made available to Lea.

I am concerned about the unusual silence from "Private" (who sell 70,000 dvds, videos and mags weekly, many including Lea, Silvia, Daniella, Sophie Evans and other Czech and Hungarian stars, - without these stars showcasing their worldwide products, their catalogue would be severely diminished! - and please see my 2nd Letter to that company.

Could you also please pass this to the author of the fine 22-page appreciation tribute to Lea De Mae that appears in "Triple X-54" magazine currently on sale throughout the world. I myself have bought 4 copies of it and it is a very fine article (see extracts below).

I am sure that Private customers worldwide would be very glad if you would now support the tragic situation of your lovely star Lea De Mae now laying desperately ill in Prague Hospital but requiring further specialist treatment which is not available in her home city.

Private Ignores Pleas of Help for Lea De Mea?
...Flynt comes through

Victor writes: Lovely Le De Mae is now at a very critical stage in her brave battle against the brain cancer that has its cruel grip on her gentle person.

Lea is very poorly in Prague having undergone brain surgery, radio therapy, chemotherapy and is unable to talk to her friends (including Monica Sweetheart and Silvia Saint who are visiting her) and is in severe pain in her head and back. The doctors cannot control the pain at the moment.

Recently, we appealed to Larry Flynt, The President of "HUSTLER" USA and he has very kindly agreed to help with medical treatment costs if Lea can get further medical help abroad, as her Czech doctors are perplexed how to deal with this aggressive illness.

However, we have received no word whatsoever from Lea's main Studio "PRIVATE" despite repeated appeals for financial assistance for Lea in her hour of need made directly to Berth Milton (the founder of "Private" 39 years ago in Sweden).

Further specialist medical treatment abroad could cost up to $150,000.

Some cash is coming in from all over the world from caring fans and well-wishers, while as far as I know, "Private" maintains its silence. Lea must have earned that company at least 30 million dollars, with all her many movie appearances and magazine shoots. Private sell 70,000 DVDs, Videos and mags every week in over 35 countries! Their "TRIPLE X -54" magazine first issued last summer devotes no less than 24 pages to Lea De Mae proclaiming that she is "a Godsend".

You will remember recently when Rita and Katsumi and others were treated in a disgraceful manner, and thrown into a filthy lice-ridden jailhouse in Mexico and Rita broke her hand fighting with corrupt officials - "Private" were contacted by one of Rita's producer friends seeking help from the company for Rita. Apparently, "Private" were quite unconcerned and ready to hire someone else if Rita failed to appear for her next appointment!

As for Lea, on hearing that she was desperately ill, it is said that "Private" commented:-
"She's just a (one) girl - there are stars enough" and declined to offer any assistance.

If I am wrong about the above, no doubt "Private" will make an immediate announcement and confirm that we are wrong and that they are indeed prepared to contribute to Lea's medical fund to try to save her life.

Several posters on numerous internet adult industry newsgroups made mention that they would love to make contributions to help Lea DeMae raise money for her medical condition. I am taking action and making this happen. I spoke with the Oldrich Widman at Dream Entertainment (Lea's agency in Czech) who is coordinating fundraising efforts in Europe. PayPal cannot be accepted in many Eastern European countries, so my PayPal account is available for ANYONE who wishes to contribute. I will wire funds directly to Lea every week. There is no middle man or other scam trying to get a piece of the donations.

I have had the scourge of cancer touch me personally. My mom died of lung cancer when she was only 34 years old. I am willing to do whatever it takes to help others with this terrible affliction. AVN details Lea's situation here.

Dear Terri,

Thank you very much for your kindness and thoughts of Lea De Mae, only 26 years of age and one of the most charming and accomplished Czech movie stars to have graced our screens. Lovely Lea (real name Andrea Absolonova) is laying very ill in Prague Hospital suffering from a recently diagnosed brain cancer. Lea is undergoing a further operation at this very moment and we are awaiting further news from her friends at the bedside.

Lea's manager, Oldrich Widman (Silvia Saint's agent at the time Silvia was making many feature movies in Europe, Brazil and the USA) has instituted a medical fund for Lea so that she may be able to receive advanced specialist treatment perhaps in Germany, Sweden or the USA possibly beyond what the Czech doctors may be able to offer. Just a few days ago, Lea's situation was so poorly that her main Czech Doctor Benes flew back early from Sydney, Australia, where he had been on holidays, to carry out the new operation probably either yesterday or today.

Thank you so much for contributing to this fund, Terri, even though you do not know Lea personally, like many of us - but through her stunning movie and magazine appearances over the years, she has become like a very welcome friend and one that we want to try to look after in any way we can in her hour of need.

I am pleased to tell you that after we made a personal appeal to HUSTLER, we heard that Larry Flynt is going to help Lea. (We were assisted in this by Dennis Black Magic in Belgium who kindly introduced us to the Vice-President of Hustler, Mark Hamilton).

Unfortunately, "Private" (Lea's main company - see "Triple X 54" magazine) did not respond to our pleas for help as yet. We hope they will do whilst there is still time.
