No film named Belles Betes is listed by egafd.com. However, there is one that lists Sylvia, Jessica Rizzo (who is at the beginning of the clip) and Chippy Marlow (who is, I think, the girl sitting in the chair as the dead body is dragged off), which has the title Sorelle rivali (culi insaziabili). While the title does not seem to match action the clip, it is a possibility. The clip is from the same time as Irresistible Sylvie and Prostitution a Domicile (same villa as the latter).
