Dear Members,

I have just received a message that new material from Silvia's new Site has been publicly referenced in uploads, etc.

I have no knowledge of Silvia's new Site and I am not a member of it. I do not know who originally shot all the hundreds of pictures sets/films whether Wanda, Martin or others referred to on the Web.

I have made an enquiry to Martin. Meantime, please be careful not to copy Silvia's very new material without her permission. It may be necessary for some posters to withdraw their posts if infringing Silvia's new work for her own exclusive use.

The same comment applies re. the Japanese films and in any event, these have no connection with the Silvia Saint archive material.

Dear Members,

I do not quite understand what has happened to Silvia's new site?  Is it closed down?

I am not familiar with it and I do not know if Silvia is still involved with it.  I noticed that the Site is showing "Private" episodes, but usually "Private" does not provide material for outside sites, so this is slightly unusual?

I notice more Japanese material not connected with Silvia (or Lea) and request that the poster (apparently from Vietnam) could post these on another site in future.

Silvia's "New Site" (www.silviasaint.com)  is still going strong, and she is very much involved, as you can see from her latest post from today.

I wonder if she knows that her material is being pirated on this site?

This production was pretty HOT, not only because of the weather that ravaged us, but also because of the wonderful models like Tea Jul and Victoria who worked with me.
Tea just came back from her vacation so she was wonderfully tanned and relaxed. She looked really nice and working with her has always been pleasurable.
Victoria was back after a weekend in Croatia, so she was full of energy. I did not see her for a long time and I like working with her. She has a different aura: silent, sweet and passionate. I think that those are very important. Dont you think so?

Thank you but reading Martin's posting above, I got the impression that the organisation may be closed down and Martin also mentions some kind of monies are due?

Silvia's new Site was in Canada, I believe Juhani mentioned and connected to the case to protect her name.  Buy how are "Private" films on there?

I am far away from the Czech Republic and Silvia may have to clear this up but so far, she has not favoured this Site (by either of its names - originally the only Official CSS Site) with a personal message, although she did write a few times on Wanda's "green" Forum set up for Wanda by Martin Hudec (another Martin!) to thank Martin and warn members about fake "escort" adverts!

Perhaps, we will hear more from the Czech Republic in due course, but in any event, it would help if members refrained from posting unauthorised new material.  Obviously, there is old material which has been widely seen well over 10 years ago, so it is hard to tell what exists with permission, partial permission or otherwise.

I certainly do not know. I have never joined this other Site. Katja Kassin has a site with all sorts of film clips and quotes but when I wrote to Katja, she told me that she has nothing to do with the Site at all!  Monica Sweetheart told me that she has a USA Site, but I do not know if she actually has any input to it or even if she obtains any benefit from it?

Adam is far more knowledgeable about all these uploads/downloads than me  - have you asked him about all this  - he was appointed a Moderator by Martin, I presume.

I just read Silvia's message  - but I  do not think that this was written by Silvia in her own hand.

The English language is perfect  - Silvia's is not!

The point about the english language does not hold much water, as someone could be doing the translation for her.

Yes, I note that but we were the only OFFICIAL FORUM SITE once and CSS the only OFFICIAL SITE, and behold what has taken place!

It was written: ".....someone could be doing the translation for her."

But I remember that Silvia's genuine messages were written in Silvia's English i.e. "with" written as "whit" as noted by Russian star Tanya Tanya who received some irritable e-mails from Silvia once!

Silvia's spoken English was fine 7 years ago (July 2004) and it can't have deteriorated, I imagine. Therefore, there would be no real need to do any "translation". 

Seeing the perfectly- written English and the use of words that Silvia would not likely have used herself makes one wonder if the messages were really written by Silvia's own hand and in any event, reduces the charm of such writings!

Since the last exchange of postings, I have noticed photosets that were introduced on CSS several years ago and must have been dowloaded by members already, so it is not really very exclusive material anymore.

I trust the member from Vietnam will post the Japanese material in another Forum where no doubt they will be appreciated  - but are they all mosaic-censored. If so, how ghastly!

Let's see what Adam says?  - he is the expert, moderator and top-poster.
