As with many of the Private movies, music is credited to Oreste Fiengo. If you like his music, there are also some full length samples of his work here:

He also has at least three CDs and MP3 downloads of tracks available from all the major online retailers, but not including any Private tracks presumably because they hold the copyright. 

I'm not aware of Private ever having produced any soundtrack CDs.  I guess they expect people probably aren't concentrating too much on the music!

I don't know the name of the particular track, but you could always try asking Signor Fiengo on his Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/orestefiengo.
