It seems that she is a bodyguard of the Russian president Putin. In the picture with the sunglasses she really looks like Silvia in the 90s. Her name is indicated as Olya (Russian variant of Olga) and the photo has been made in Yalta on the Krim peninsula during some kind of "International Championship of bodyguards of the presidents of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Baltic States and abroad", probably in 2010, cf. http://felbert.livejournal.com/743833.html . She was the only female of 150 participants. If all of the Russian forces look like this I can imagine that the majority of the male inhabitants of the Krim would like to surrender to the Russians.
