I do have a version of that Ace in the Hole BTS, but only in low quality 320x240 resolution:

Set 0013 in the catalog is a compilation of photos and scans linked to movie 'Rocco'Private Fantasies'. but I'm sorry we have no good quality pics for this set, except if you consider 600px is better than 400 !.
We really need high resolution scans from Rocco's magazine to improve this set
