Sorry, but to the best of my knowledge there is no English or Spanish soundtrack available. I think it was only released on VHS, so there are no alternative soundtracks or subtitles available.
It's one of my pet hates when they overdub the original sound with bad voice actors, but it was explained to me it was a legal requirement to have French dialogue on any movie released in France, supposedly to preserve their cultural identity. Similar laws applied in Spain and Italy, so they are generally also horribly overdubbed.

The alternative titles for Rescue: Croce Rossa (P.V. International) are: Infirmières d'urgence (Colmax), Vorsicht! Der Arzt kommt (Goldlight) and Klinik Sex: Her mit dem Fick Thermometer (Goldlight) (yes, Goldlight issued the same movie twice on VHS under two different titles).
Infirmières d'urgence was released also on DVD. The disc contains only a French soundtrack which is overdubbed throughout, including the sex scenes. Just like spike I find this horrible. I don't mind too much them dubbing the dialogues, but doing the same with the sex scenes is grotesque. Rescue: Croce Rossa is just one of quite a few Silvia films which never were issued with the original sound track. Even the Italian original edition consists of a 100 per cent overdubbed audio.
