I can't quite make out what Silvia says, but it sounds a bit like "And this dick out" with "this" accented as "dis".  confuse

Adult DVD Empire gives 15 free minutes for new registrations, i used that to find this part from the streaming DVD, only could make a screen record, the video was in 480p and the quality maybe got worse, maybe there's a better quality of it. Wanted to share anyway.
